Built for procurement, where an uncited claim is a risk
- Grounded in your records: click a citation and the source document opens at the page with the passage highlighted.
- Honest about gaps: if the pack does not answer, Tenderflow says so. A certificate that lapses before the deadline is a named blocker weeks early, because expiry is checked against the tender deadline and not today's date.
- Reviewed by you: extraction proposes with per-field confidence, a person confirms, and only confirmed facts are ever used.
Built on Irish public procurement
CPV and NUTS classification, eTenders coverage, and familiarity with the Capital Works Management Framework and its standard forms suite. The Discover, Decide and Respond spine is sector-neutral and carries civils, facilities and professional services work without being rebuilt for each.
Security
Two-factor authentication as standard. Tenant isolation enforced in the application layer, with database row-level-security policies in place and hardening of their runtime enforcement scheduled; pilots run as dedicated stacks. Data residency in Ireland, AWS eu-west-1, committed for pilot deployments. Your data is never used to train models.
